Over 100 masked teens ransack, loot Philadelphia stores; several arrested

Over a hundred masked teenagers caused chaos in stores in Philadelphia, stealing merchandise and fleeing. At least 15 to 20 teenagers have been arrested, and the police have recovered two firearms.
