Nepal's lower house erupted in heated clashes over calls to restore the monarchy and the demand to remove the chief of the Nepal Electricity Authority. The session, delayed by two hours and disrupted by opposition lawmakers, was adjourned without conclusion. An all-party meeting was set by PM KP Sharma Oli.
